I was born in Essex, England, and from a very young age I had a natural sensitivity to energy in its many forms, including the ability to communicate with those who have passed. ​ For much of my life, I felt as though I was stumbling my way through. I struggled with my sensitivity, often felt overwhelmed by life and found it difficult to feel truly settled or fulfilled in my work, relationships and health. I was searching for my place and for a deeper understanding of who I was. ​ That began to change eleven years ago, when I embarked on my own journey of self-discovery and healing. Through gaining a deeper understanding of myself and healing the subconscious wounds that had been shaping my life, I found a more grounded sense of who I am and why I am here. Most importantly, I found my way back home to myself and learned how to simply be who I am. ​ The freedom and sense of purpose that came from this journey inspired me to help others do the same: to heal deeply, reconnect with their truth, live as their authentic selves and follow their higher path. ​ Over the years, I have attended the Arthur Findlay College in Stansted many times, taken part in development circles and workshops, and been trained and mentored by highly respected psychic mediums and energy coaches. ​ I truly love this work. To be of service and support others on their journey is both a privilege and an honour. For me, working with that expansive, creative and loving energy is difficult to put into words. Purely and very simply, it's home.
